IF YOU CHOOSE TO SEND YOUR VIDEO ALREADY DIGITIZED VIA E-MAIL: It must be in MPG, M1V, MOV, WMV or other Quicktime movie format. If you would like your tape or DVD returned, please add $2 for shipping. Please keep digital movies under 5mb in size. Do not include headlines and descriptions and try to use a middle to higher quality compression. The fasted way to get your video up is to upload it to YouTube and email us the link. If you are using FlipVideo, they have an option to upload to YouTube.
