| Do colorful Morgans make your heart sing? This is a very rare black-based silver dapple stallion with a solid production record that includes a very strong preponderance of siring silver dapple foals.
His total registered progeny to date number 26. Of those, 16 were fillies and 10 were colts. He is homozygous for black, no agouti, and he is heterozygous for silver dapple. Of those 26 foals, 19 were black. Of those 26 foals, 19 have been silver dapple. One was a black-based dun. One was a buckskin. Baroque in style, "Rufus" moves beautifully and has had some working western saddle work, with wonderful manners around the farm. |
