| Misty was purchased last year with her friend when her family was moving, and I didn’t want her to end up in the auction cycle. She was used as a driving horse and has also had several foals. She was reportedly broke to ride as well, and we finally gotten around to trying her out!
She was a perfect lady, especially considering she had not had any work for at least a year. Misty would be a great addition to anyone’s family. She is sound, an easy keeper, barefoot, is easy to handle, and a nice big black mare in her mid-teens. She is registered as smoky black on her papers, but I do not have color testing results. Put a little time into her though the winter, and in a few months you'll have a perfect partner by spring for trails or sport, or if you are looking for a nice sized broodmare who is an outcross to many of the bloodlines seen currently today, she's your gal! |
