| General Lee is a leggy, 15.2 hand gelding sired by the well known sire of powerful trotting horses, Derawnda Regan. This horse has a lot of potential to be a super trail riding horse, perhaps even competitive or endurance trail. As a show prospect, he might be a roadster under saddle or even a hunter pleasure competitor.
He has been over logs and through creeks, and might even be an evening prospect. Trained initially for western, he responds easily to neck reining, if his training is kept updated. While he is super responsive and well trained for trail riding, this is NOT a beginner horse. He is a one of a kind horse that needs and enjoys a ton of work. He is very alert, and an absolute powerhouse on the trail—brave and bold. He is trainable enough to learn almost anything if handled the right way.
